DeckBox, Walk-ins and Emailed Orders

*Lists will be held for you for a maximum of 1 Month, eg. A list submitted Aug 12 will be held until Sept 12. If your list is not picked up by then, it will be removed from storage and put back into our inventory.

*If a list is not picked up after its been a month or you decide you no longer want your list before the month has passed, we reserve the right to apply a ban on submitting lists for a certain amount of time depending on the length of the list that was not picked up. This is done to save our staff from any extra and unnecessary workloads, thank you for your understanding.

*We do not edit lists once they are submitted. If you have submitted a list you have agreed to purchase the cards you have requested, we will not remove one or two specific cards if you have changed your mind.

* We ask that if you want to add cards to your list after you have submitted it that you create a new list. For Deckbox: if you edit a list after it is submitted there is a chance that we are currently working on it and we do not promise that we will see and act upon the change you have made. This is done to save our staff from any extra or unnecessary workloads, thank you for your understanding.

* We do not pre-price cards unless it is 10 cards or less. If you are wanting to know how much a list will end up being before hand, please refer to our pricing guide. This is done to save our staff from any extra and unnecessary workloads, thank you for your understanding.

*For walk-ins and emailed orders: please be prepared to provide us will specific details. It’s tough to work with just a card name; we need the quantity of each card if you want more than one, what set you would prefer the card be from, if you prefer foil or non-foil, if you are okay with lower condition cards like played or if you would prefer near mint condition. These are all things that will make it easier for us to pull cards and get your list to you faster.
