Holding your list

• We hold a finished list for up to one month. For example, a list submitted on August 12 is held until September 12. After that, the cards go back into our inventory.
• If a list isn’t picked up within the month, or you cancel it before then, we may pause your ability to submit lists for a while, depending on the size of the list.

Changes after you submit

• Submitting a list means you’ve agreed to buy the cards on it. We don’t remove individual cards from a submitted list.
• To add cards, submit a new list. If you edit a Deckbox trade after submitting it, we may already be working on it and can’t promise to see the change.

Prices

We quote prices in advance for lists of ten cards or fewer. For longer lists, the pricing guide explains how each card is priced.

Walk-in and emailed lists

Walk-in lists are limited to ten different cards per person, per day. Emailed lists are filled after Deckbox and walk-in lists. For each card, tell us how many you want, the set or printing you prefer, foil or non-foil, and the lowest condition you’ll accept.

Exceptions

These terms can change at our staff’s discretion. An exception made once doesn’t mean it will be made again.
